WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Returns are accepted on Prints & Merchandise, if you’re unhappy with your order, I will cover the cost of postage, once the item has been returned safely I will give a full refund.
Refunds will not be given on Custom Orders, if you are unhappy with your order I will work with you personally to correct the artwork or store credit will be given.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. I ship worldwide. All tariff codes are used to safely enter the desired country and all fees will have been paid before reaching you. 
International orders can take up to 28 days to arrive but normally arrive within 5-10 days 

I've ordered, what next?

Once you have completed your order, you can send through all of your reference photos and descriptions to my email address - artofladybug@gmail.com

Don't panic if you don't hear back from me straight away.

​Once I have confirmed artwork and ideas there will not be contact until delivery unless any changes need to be made regarding delivery address or if I need to contact regarding artwork

WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

Unfortunately if an item is lost in the mail without selected tracking when purchased, I have no power to track or trace your parcel. I can however work with you and put a claim to cover the costs. For international orders I can claim for missing parcels after 28 days and refund you. 
If you selected tracking when purchasing and your parcel is missing then we can work together to find the parcel as above 
These are very rare circumstances. But if you would like more security with parcels please select tracked at checkout

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM PAINTING TAKE? 

This is a difficult answer to give, it depends on size and style. I only take a limited amount of customs every month so your painting should be with you within a 4 week window however if there are any changes I will be in contact or you can keep up to date on my social medias

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE SUBJECT ON THE PAINTING?

Yes of course. I believe that as it’s the same size coverage I won’t be charging more. 
Please note that the subjects will be smaller when the numbers are increased 

After many years of trial and error our Shipping & Delivery options have met the demands worldwide to bring reassurance when shipping overseas. The options & prices are varied depending on size but there are no hidden fees.

Custom Delivery Times

Custom paintings are popular, the current wait time is 6 weeks. This means your custom painting will be mailed out 5-6 weeks after the date of ordering. Take this into consideration when ordering for any special occasions.

Prints & Merchandise

Prints & Merchandise will be posted out 1-3 business days from the date ordered.

UK expected within a 2 day window from dispatch

​Worldwide expected 5-10 working days 

Please remember when purchasing prints that parcels cannot be tracked if you do not select tracking at checkout.
